Deliveries, Exchanges & Returns

Delivery and assembly of all beds to your room of choice are both COMPLETELY FREE.

We cover South London and Kent.

If you require a delivery further away, please contact us for a quote.

Our two cheerful boys will call to make delivery arrangements with you personally.

Mattresses, package deals, drawer divan bases, ottoman bases and headboards take between 5 and 15 working days from when you place your order.

Upholstered bed frames take between 3 and 5 weeks.

We do all our own deliveries so we can be very flexible should you need a certain day or time, just mention your preferred delivery date when we call.

We can also take away and safely recycle your old bed and mattress for £39. This will be offered to you on the ‘Accessories & Services’ page just before checkout.

What if the item is wrong, faulty or damaged?

Damage is rare as all of our products go through a quality check before they are dispatched to you.

On delivery the bed will be installed in your room of choice and you will be asked to inspect the goods and sign a form confirming you have received the correct bed and that it appears to be in good condition.

However, if the goods are damaged, faulty or wrong, let our delivery team know and note it down on the form and contact us so that we can get the problem solved for you as soon as possible.

 

What if I don’t find the mattress comfortable?

All mattresses come with a free ’30 Day Comfort Exchange’.

We are sure you will love your new mattress, but if not, you can exchange it for something more suitable.

All we ask is that you sleep on the mattress for the first 14 nights from the day of delivery so that your body can adjust.

If you still feel it isn’t suitable for you, then contact us to discuss exchanging it for something more comfortable.

Should you wish to take advantage of our ’30 Day Comfort exchange’ then we highly recommend you use a mattress protector as we cannot exchange your mattress if it is soiled, unhygienic or damaged.

What if I don’t like the bed when it arrives?

We’re sure you will like your new bed, but if not, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (less the £99 stocking cost) once the product has been returned to us.

Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your product(s) and we will assist you with your return.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Certainly, if you have had a change of heart, you can cancel your new mattress any time before delivery.

Simply contact us and we’ll cancel your order and give you a full refund.

If the order has already gone into the manufacturing process (3 days after order date) but you have not yet had delivery, we can cancel your order and refund you less the £99 stocking cost due to the bespoke nature of the work.
